find
particular rare abilities, or the attack and defense strength of the
ones you don't own?

Rare
abilities can be found in several different places throughout
Vampires. They can be purchased with favor
points from the
Elders, found by a member of your clan when they assist you and you win
a fight, Akem's Gamble, unlocking the locks in Akem Manah's Treasure,
sent as a clan invite gift, accepting a clan invite from another
vampire, and by doing missions which offer a chance at a rare ability.
